Thin pages stick together
Does the job. Very delicate and easy to tear pages bc, they are stuck together. But, easy to use and price was good for what you are getting. I use it weekly even created tabs in it. It's been very helpful! Don't expect thick pages and book quality.

Cheap book, & not well conceived
I bought this to keep at home and use when completing assessments - a quick tool to help give me the diagnostic code and the symptoms for the major diagnoses. I ordered two and one arrived damaged (damaged prior to shipping, the other one was fine and the box it was shipped in was fine). I opened the one I am keeping, and the pages are all stuck together and when you peel them apart the paper is so thin it is only a matter of time before they start ripping out of the spirals. Very disappointed. Cheap quality and not super useful.

Easier to use than the larger original version.
This condensed version makes it easier to diagnose than the larger bulkier book. I love it.

Super convenient for day-to-day use
I share an office and have to bring my DSM with me during my days in the office. Replacing my full-size DSM-V with this little one has made such a difference for me. Definitely consider it if you're having to carry your DSM around on a regular basis.

Not what I expected...
I read the reviews before buying it, and thought I can deal with the poor quality because it was 13-14 bucks and I'm in a pinch. When I got the book, I regretted this decision. It seems like it wasn't new. There was clear packing tape holding together the plastic wrap on the book, and there were folds on the front cover indicating that it has been flipped through. The book is so flimsy that I'm worried that I'll rip the pages just by flipping through it. The spiral was too big for the book and looked cheaply made. There was also so many typos and mistakes in the text. The book does the job and it delivered what it promised. (That's why I didn't give it one star.) It was really my fault for trying to find a cheaper deal. Will be returning.

Very poor quality
Ive purchased this item twice and each time it came damaged and used. The plastic was also ripped open as of used before. Lots of paper debris and spiral is bent in a weird like its poorly assembled.
