Is one end of the tube smaller than the other?

This is meant to be cut off in about 6 inch sections and both ends would have the same size opening. I use a piece to connect a nebulizer to a mask.

The "7 cm or 2.5 inches" answer is NOT CORRECT! This is Westmed #0470 tubing which is 22mm inside diameter, as stated in the description. This measurement is verifed on the manufacturer's website. (Besides, 7cm is 2.75").

If you heat this with a heat gun can you stretch it to fit over a larger diameter tube?
