Can you mix this product with a base cream?

No you cannot mix this product with a base cream or anything else. This should only be used by professionals. I am a doctor. This is a chemical that is used for skin treatments. It should never be left on the skin because it will cause hyperpigmentation. It needs to be neutralized. This is a very good product. Please use it with caution and follow the instructions. Sunscreen must be applied everyday. I hope this helps.

Does it help with facial sun/brown spots?

Yes! I do a light peel every month or so. A deeper peel (repeated applications) would probably show a more significant improvement but I don't like having dry and flaky skin so I usually only put or one or two applications. It does get rid of dark spots for me with repeated use.

Any idea how long the bottle is good for before it expires? Is there an expiration date? Thanks!

Hi, on my bottle there is no expiration date, either . I am used to peels of many kinds, usually any bottle opened, after 6 months the alcohol or water, whichever the base of the acid is, will evaporate and the peel becomes stronger. So, be careful! If you use the peel daily in a professional setting, then no worries. If this is for personal use then you shoud purchase a smaller bottle. Hope this was helpful. Angela.
