I absolutely love this hair remover trimmer! It is easy to use, gentle on the skin, and removes hair quickly without causing any pain or irritation. The compact design makes it convenient to carry while traveling, and the battery life is great. It gives a smooth finish and works perfectly for regular use. Overall, it’s an excellent product and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

The product was brand new. A lot of people claimed they received used shavers but mine was brand new in the packaging. It worked so well. Painless. Only thing for me is that you have to constantly hold down the button for it to work. There is no on position. I have tendinitis in my wrist so that’s a little difficult for me. Other than that it made my face silky smooth. Love it. Great price.

Edit: 5/30/2023: Changing back to a 5 star, as customer service was lovely and gave me my money back! The trimmer is great for trimming lady parts and you can use it without the guard to leave short hairs on your legs, although an electric shaver is best to get smooth skin.Edit 3/13/2023: Changing to a 2 star. I bought this in August of last year, and used it about 7-8 times. Since the last time, it has stopped working. I think it's the bottom part that's the issue. When I click the on button with no attachments on, the motor spins but once I put in an attachment and lock it in, it doesn't move the blades at all. I tried soaking the attachments in water to get the hair out, but nothing helped. Sometimes shaking it or hitting it makes the blades start again but only for a few seconds. Once you go to use it, the blades slow down and then stop completely.This is definitely worth the money! Super easy to use. It comes with several attachments, and the only one that I haven't tried to use out of fear is the eyebrow trimmer guard. I also don't use the eyebrow attachment because it's hard to angle the machine in the right way and plucking is the best when it comes to eyebrows so that it doesn't leave a little black dot where the hair is.It is very useful for chin hairs and facial hair (like a mustache, ladies). I also use it without a guard on my leg hair before shaving so that I'm not shaving super long hairs. And it's very useful for the bikini area! It does leave the hair a bit hard since you have just trimmed it, but that can be solved by putting conditioner on the bikini hair area or other methods
