6" knife/scraper
Initially I thought I would like a bigger 'blade' after receiving this one, but I've actually come to really like this 6" size. It's sharp, easy to use, and handy. It's really great to have the right tools to do a project in the kitchen! I wash in the top rack of dishwasher - works great.
