Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, 256GB, Aura Black - Fully Unlocked (Renewed) | Renewed

I bought this phone about 10 months ago in excellent condition and it's my first galaxy note phone and it's by far the best phone ive ever owned. Came with no scratches or dings or defects of any kind other than if you press on the camera lens a lil it made a slight popping sound which wasn't a problem i mean who tf goes around pressing on their camera all day. I used it alot for gaming, a lil mobile gaming but mostly xbox cloud gaming with a ps4 controller with no problems. Been playing cod bo6 and forza horizon 5 on it mostly. Unfortunately i ran my phone over with a forklift about a month ago n broke my screen, i just did an insurance claim n got reimbursed n decided to upgrade to a note 20 ultra since it's the same price as this was when i originally bought it. I originally bought it for $356 before tax n it was worth every penny, i think it's going for $250 rn u can't beat that. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A VERY DURABLE CASE. The screen can hold up to alot but the back cover is pretty weak glass. I put it in a case when i bought it and i switched carriers like 3 weeks later i pulled the phone out of the case to change the sim and the back glass had several giant cracks n i don't even know how i did it i was still babying the phone at the time. Speaking of carriers i used this phone with straight talk and spectrum mobile with no problems. The screen has a bright beautiful picture and the colors are really vibrant. The phone feels solid and the all glass design has a pleasant feel to it. I liked having it out of the case but its glass and i know how i am with phones so i kept it in a case all the time. There's so many features to this phone i was still learning some all the time n i don't feellike listing them all but the one i learned today from the phone repair lady is that even though my screens broke n the touch doesnt work i can still control the phone n do everything like normal using the spen. That would've been great to know ive been controlling it with a ps4 controller for a month Hopefully the note 20 ultra is an upgrade and doesn't feel like a downgrade otherwise I'm coming back to the note 10+

I purchased this when they first came out. Loved it and was very sad when my phone holder in my vehicle broke and took it with it. Had to buy another and this phone works great. Price is great and I enjoy the phone.

I must admit I was scared to death to try this. My husband took his note 10 plus phone swimming and completely destroyed it to where even having it in rice for 2 days could not bring it back. This arrived early via FedEx in a protected box and bubble wrap. The only thing I did not like is the charger that was included is super slow and got so hot it while plugged in it made me nervous so we won't use that again. The phone had 0 charge out of the box. We did discover it was a Verizon phone in its past life and all of the old Verizon stuff was still on it. Since we have T Mobile we had to remove it. We did have to take it to T Mobile to have the sim card transferred since we are not tech savvy and then used the smart switch app to transfer contacts, photos and apps to the new phone since all of his were gone. The phone itself looks brand new, not a scratch or dent on it, and we are very pleased. We will never buy a new phone again after finding this option.

Well, first let me preface my review on saying I don't use this as my main phone, I use this more as a storage partner to lighten the load on my main one. I still haven't put a sim card in it but it does damn near everything without one! I use my wifi and can do everything I do on my main phone faster and with a much bigger screen. This phone came in excellent condition and it works amazing! It was worth every penny and then some! You're always a little skeptical when you buy anything used, let alone something that was formerly damaged, repaired, and then re-sold. But, as I said before, it was meant as my side-phone so as long as the storage I had heard about with this phone held true the cosmetics and things of that nature didn't matter. But the fact that it came looking like a brand new phone was truly icing on the cake. I initially was just going to get the Note 10, I had ordered it and everything and then in the process of looking into what memory card I was going to get along with some of the accessories people favored, I saw some people had said they hated that it didn't come with a memory slot. And I was like wait, what!!! I thought I had done my homework on it and missed that entirely and that was a deal breaker for me. Needless to say I canceled that one and ordered this 1 and I'm extremely glad I did. I'm a check to make sure I put the right seller I bought from bcuz I wanna make sure they get the credit they deserve and hopefully I help bring them business. And here's to also hoping you guys get the same quality phone then I ended up with bcuz we all kno everybody's experiences are different. But I have no gripes with this phone at all. I'm even getting used to the power button on the left side of the phone. Lolz, its starting to make using my regular one feel kinda wierd. Smh. But I ordered mine from Chubbiestech. I think I spelled that right. But shouts to them, amazing quality phone, that came fast, and theres honestly no bad things I could say about it. The phone it was replacing was a J7 Samsung Galaxy Prime, which is prehistoric now. Lol. And I was just gonna get another one of them bcuz it was just meant for storage and I was used to using it for that purpose for many a year, but 200 dollars for an old and used phone.... This was literally going from the stone ages to the Matrix in 0 to 60 seconds. But anyway, I hope this review helped sway at least a few people. It's a great buy for that price! Oh, and I didn't rate the face recognition bcuz I still haven't used it. I'll come back if I ever decide to. But stuff like that isn't that important to me.

The phone itself is great. I'm blown away by everything this can do! However it came shattered on the entire back. I have been trying to attach photos to show you but the site won't let me right now. The phone is great however the reseller is terrible. They have had my phone for a long time and are telling me they still have longer to process the return. All I was looking for was every placement as they sent it to me broken in the first place. This is also the second one that I received not working. The first one the original order was in November and that item the phone itself lagged and headed some problems that way and I was going to put in an insurance claim because I took insurance but because I had only bought it within 90 days Amazon had to take it back and it should be a replacement said replacement was the one that I'm talking about that is shattered and now I have had no phone since November 15th. I am a disabled cancer patient who has no access to even get a ride to be picked up from chemo and Amazon's response was we have 30 days to process the new return. The fact that there was no acknowledgment that they have been holding me up since November is really sad. This one incident has now caused me to take all my business and leave. I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated

First of all I was kinda worried about when they said about scratches from an arms length but the phone I recived was scratch free I looked so hard and couldnt find one. The phone works amazing the battery probably isnt as good as brand new but it will easily last me a whole day of using it to only get down to around 30% before I put it on the charger for the night, The storage is one of the best things I love about this phone I went from a phone that only had like 60 gb and it blows my mind on how much more I can do. The finger print reader is alright its not the best its not as accurate as the S9's becuase of it being built into the screen rather then a area on the back but overall still is better then using a code all the time. The phone didnt come in the original box like stated but it was really packaged well and had a nice brick and charger didnt relise that it had the sim card tray opener with it because it was taped to the side of the charger when it was wrapped I would highly recommend a renewed phone from this company, It even came almost a week earlier then its expected delivery date. would buy again or recommend to everyone who is looking for a cheap alternitive to buying a brand new phone when you are on a tight budget

UPDATE - If you think SPen does not work make sure you stick it in the hole at the bottom and charge it ! I'm an idiot. At first I thought SPen did not work. It works fine. I am puzzled about the negative reviews here. I got my Samsung Note 10+ from Amazon Renewed via Re-Cell and I couldn't be happier. The phone looks brand new, as in unused. There were 2 small mishaps which a quick call to Re-Cell fixed. The first is that I didn't get an Spen, and they were very apologetic about that, they shipped it immediately. The second was that the phone had a screen protector which had an air bubble. I don't like screen protectors so I simply popped it off. They offered to send me a return box (shipping label for free shipping) and resend me a phone without a screen protector though. I spent the first day setting up my phone (unlocked but I use T-mobile) and everything was smooth. As a rule I never hop on the new tech bandwagon (5G) the first year out. There's not much difference between the 2021 Note20 and the 2020 Note10 but for 5G. For now the difference between 4G and 5G is not perceptible by users who are not streaming gamers and I would argue that even heavy streaming gamers won't see much improvement. 5G for the next few years is nothing but HYPE . If my luck with this refurbished phone continues I will once again go with refurbished for the 5G version next year. I don't mind being "one year behind" with my smartphone and I refuse to sign long term contracts. Another advantage of this approach is that you get all the fixes and software updates when you buy last year's model. Brand new models are always full of bugs. Face recognition and fingerprint security work great! I have been a Google pixel loyalist so far and I have to day Samsung Note 10 UI is far better than Pixel.

I have had the same Note 8 since 2017 and have loved it ever since. I am super stubborn about buying new devices when my current one works just fine. Unfortunately, my beloved Note 8 was starting to show serious signs of wear. I couldn't update the system anymore, which made many of my frequently used apps unstable. The touch screen was going. My lumens were going, which impacted my screen brightness. The touch screen wasn't as responsive anymore. And, most recently, the battery life was suffering. When it came time to purchase a new phone, I knew I was not going to pay an arm and a leg every month to my cellular provider to own the latest and greatest phone model. I wanted something close to my favorite phone ever, and the internet pointed me to the Note 10+. I was skeptical at first buying a refurbished phone. I wasn't sure if it would be a quality purchase, or something sketchy. As soon as I received my new phone and started transferring my data over, my fears were put to rest. This new phone is incredible! It's close enough to my previous phone that there wasn't much of a learning curve, but it's in great shape and it works flawlessly. I'm so glad I went this route! Saved money and it has less of an impact on the environment.

Power button stopped working after 8 months. Seller blamed the power button on very small crack in screen. Seller wouldnt fix the phone

El celular llego en muy buenas condiciones, estaba con la incertidumbre de como llegaría ( por algunos comentarios que vi) pero la verdad me sorprendió, no tiene ningún rasguño aparente por ningún lado (de apariencia física le doy un 97% de 100%, el lápiz viene entero sin defectos trabajando sin problema, el único detalle que no afecta para nada su funcionamiento es el tema de la batería, que su calidad se menciona como buena, (dura aproximadamente todo el día con uso mas o menos frecuente) pero es entendible no se esta adquiriendo un equipo completamente nuevo, de todo lo demás estoy muy satisfecho, se me hizo una muy buena compra, para ser mi primera ves comprando un teléfono "renovado". ( en las imagenes se notan unas manchas en la pantalla, pero es el cristal templado que le instale para su proteccion), lo sigo usando esperemos todo siga marchando como hasta ahora.

Prácticamente está nuevo, la spen está al 100, tenía dudas por algunas críticas de aquí, pero la verdad es que el mío llegó como nuevo, le compré a chubbier tech, muy contento con el equipo el cargador incluido es genérico pero es de carga rápida, el teléfono lo ocupo mucho y la.bateria me dura todo el día, con el cargador incluido se carga en 1:15 de 10 al 100 porciento. Muy recomendable
