There are ok.
These bands tend to slip down/up. They do not stay in place. They are ok but that’s all.

A tad small, thin for heavy resistance training
There were three bands that came: light, medium, and heavy. Nothing fancy. They're smaller than I had hoped and too thin for serious or heavy resistance training. Think of these as practice bands to learn how to begin a regimen. Plus, there are no suggested exercises so you'll need to look up some online or from a trainer to figure out how they might work for you. I wouldn't trust using these with an anchor. I use for body part to body part exercise only, like short overhand row, bicep curl, thigh abductors, deltoid exercises. I was wary of using them anchored to feet and pulling up to shoulder height because they sounded like they might snap. For compact exercises, I'd recommend for the price, or even chair exercises.

Quality
These bands are great for making your workout more effective. What I like:-They are nice and thick and appear to be of high quality.-There is one light, medium, heavy-easy to use-don't roll up when using-lots of videos online to help you use themWhat I don't like:-no bag-come on for the money, add in a cheap little carrying bag-there are only three. There are other bands for less money that have five bands-no instructions. A cheap little pamphlet with a few exercises would have been nice, but not a deal-breaker.Overall, they appear to be high quality so should last for a long time. They work well, even though they are bit pricer than other brands. I recommend these if you you value brand name.
