Although very pricy the device works quite easily. A bit difficult to open each Keto strip (I use a small scissors) but all you need is a small blood sample and your done. I would recommend this product very highly.

Update: The seller did contact me and make things right. It’s much appreciated. And I haven’t had a problem since. I’ve always loved this product. It’s been helpful in my keto journey. However, I just opened a new container of the 10 strips and they are all reading high, I got 3.8 when I knew it should be lower, I tested again a little while later 6.4! Like there’s no way. So I grabbed another container of the 10 strips and I tested 0.7. I can’t see myself purchasing these anymore not knowing if they are accurate. Not only that, they aren’t cheap to not be working properly.

I’m a type on diabetic and these work great for checking ketones. They last longer, are more accurate, and easier to use then the urine strips!

I use this every morning for testing my ketones. I started doing keto diet about 2 1/2 years ago and I didn’t buy these right way. But I must say, if you are trying to do this diet, it’s to your best advantage to know how your ketones are doing. It also helps when you see a difference to go back and see what foods or drinks may have had an impact on your ketones. Your body can help heal itself the higher your ketones are plus the more your ketones are the more the autophagy.

I bought because of diabetes, to measure Ketones. It's pretty accurate compared to my urine test strips. Easy to use, has a convenient carrying zipper pouch. You use it just like a blood glucose meter. I just got it and have used it 3 times so far. I'm satisfied so far.

I have used these strips in the past and had great consistency. Until this month. I opened a new container. Have kept the strips clean, dry and closed. Every strip in the tube reads 5.0 or higher. Opened a tube from a different lot number and now my readings are 0.1 - 0.3. So which is it? I'm making adjustments to what I'm eating based on these results and now they appear to be unreliable. And VERY expensive at more than $1/test strip.

I have found that my morning fasting numbers have been unacceptably high.
