A great Wasatch BC ski guide!
This book is a great guide in its own right. Having a great many years of Wasatch BC under my belt I use this book as a complement to the handful of other books about the Wasatch BC and so get a more complete beta onany lines I go after.

Your Guidebook to the Greatest Snow on Earth
Hargrave has done a masterful job of laying out the premiere backcountry routes for Utah. It is evident that he and his touring partners put in the leg work to get out there and collect info on the various day trips throughout the state. The photos are sharp, the maps are detailed, and the narratives are informative. I'd recommend this to anyone who lives in the state and wants to get out and about, or to those who like to travel around the world finding the best snow on earth.

Not Comprehensive
Pretty bad book. Misses bulk of the classics. Should be called Utah drainages. Maybe that's a good thing I guess. Should probably give 5 stars since it doesn't covee the good stuff.
