How long is the entire wrap--with the straps and the pack? Thanks!

From end to end, going across the gel pack, it is 20". The long velcro strap does stretch an additional 5" to a total of 25".

How long would the heat last once it is microwaved?

I purchased the Thera pearls neck wrap..The heat last a long time.. I would nuke it 40 seconds in the microwave then take it to Physical therapy with me. It was still warm when I came home.

Can you apply this ice pack directly to the skin when its frozen?

Yes I do apply mine direct to the skin...not quite as cold as other ice packs...they are great....I have 2 as they are really good as a heat pack as well...Recommend!!

Can you walk around comfortably without the knee pack shifting or falling off?

I don't have the knee pad style I have the back ice pack but the one I have stays in place I get to pick how tight it is it's all Velcro makes it nice
