I would give this product a -5 Stars if I could. Because it is not what it says it is, it's a fraud. I I'm a professional chef and because I cannot eat gluten containing couscous and couldn't find rice couscous I decided to give this product to try. I was absolutely shocked to open it up and realize that it is not couscous, it is ground corn. It is literally grits.

I had stopped eating corn couscous for a long time due to its pesticide tainted nature - so glad I found this organic/ non-GMO product. It tastes great. The only con is its price the is on the high end (this is the only reason I gave it 3 stars).

I tried this because I used to really, really love couscous. It's been 11 years since I could eat gluten and was desperate for this to work, but we didn't like it one bit to the extent that it went in the bin. Now, if you absolutely love the taste of corn this will work just fine for you ... or if you intend to eat it alongside something that tastes much stronger than corn then it will also work. But if neither of those things apply, don't buy this, you'll be disappointed.
