Why does the top of the pod keep coming un-glued? I am getting coffee grounds in my cup. Almost every one I use does this.

Too much pressure inside the cup can cause this. I keep a tiny sewing pin on a magnet attached to my coffee maker. I pierce each pod once in the top before putting in machine. Stopped any spewing of grounds.

Does this product have artificial sweeteners?

No hidden sweeteners. It’s just plain black coffee

To the gentleman who got satisfaction in january. I have purchased coffee since then and all the seals are still not holding. What do you recommend?

We are aware of and have corrected this issue. The problem has been isolated to the Donut Shop flavor in the 80-count box from a brief period of production. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and all our brand’s fans. Please contact us at info@trilliantfood.com, we want to make up for this experience. We strive every day to produce the highest quality coffees, and we hope you will continue to enjoy one of our most popular flavors. Again, we apologize and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

The product description says "50 calories per pouch." Seriously? Is there sugar in it? I thought it was just coffee.

The box does not say sugar anywhere... 100% Arabica coffee natural and artificial flavoring.....they do have a web sight if that would help www.victorallen.com
