Ossoro flavours are FSSAI licensed, Halal certified, and manufactured in an FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, and HACCP compliant facility. Each batch is tested for quality and consistency to ensure you get flavour that’s safe, authentic and true to its label.

Do you make custom flavours?

Yes, we do. Ossoro works closely with bakeries, restaurants & brands to develop custom flavours tailored to their recipes & production needs. From replicating signature profiles to creating something entirely new, our flavourists can do it for you.

How do I test or smell the aroma of my flavour?

Our flavours are exquisitely concentrated, so simply inhaling from the bottle won’t do justice to their aroma. For the perfect olfactory experience, add just a drop or two to 150ml of water or milk and indulge in the true essence of the flavour.

What is the right dose to use for this flavour?

Due to the high concentration of our products, a few drops is enough in most cases! Refer the dosing suggestion on the bottle as it is unique to each flavour. Dosing can also vary based on application. Beware of overdosing, always dose incrementally.

Very nice smell

I like the quality, it is so good leaves my kitchen smelling heavenly and my cookies tasting awesome. The glass packaging is also very cool, delivered without any breaks or leaks. However I don't think it should be that expensive hence the 3 stars.

Nothing like vanilla

I know this is supposed to be artificial flavouring mimicking vanilla but cheaper vanilla essence smells and tastes better than this - this smells nothing like vanilla but more like a fruity bubblegum - you are better off not adding this to your baked goods, it's that bad. Do not buy this
