good for a 2017 subaru forester, however one of the lips you have to squeeze in order to remove the filter snapped. otherwise great bang for your buck. super easy replacement; don’t give dealerships $50 when you can easily replace at home with no tools!

I have been scammed so many times when I get my oil changed they charge over $80 for this part plus labor. For my car it didn’t even require tools.took two minutes to install. The filter works fine, but it was very difficult to install. Why Subaru made it necessary to remove the glove box in order to reach the filter opening. Yeesh.

Installed this cabin air filter in minutes and it fit my Crosstrek perfectly. Airflow feels fresher already—no complaints so far!

It is a perfect fit for Subaru Forester SJ. However, since it is a carbon filter, I feel that it has restricted the air flow going into the cabin, somehow. Hence, at times, I have to turn the air-con speed one notch higher than usual.

Came quickly, does the job, It fits, what else can you ask for

Once the excess plastic tabs from the moulding process were removed, the filter inserted easily. However the plastic clips you squeeze to insert and remove broke while inserting! Shouldn't be too much of a problem to remove with a pair of pliers though.

I am on my 3rd filter on a 2019 WRX. Fit is perfect, filter have never ripped/failed on me, and the plastic tabs have never broken. I change them on every 2nd oil change. Will continue to use this brand.
