Star Wars The Force Awakens Kylo Ren Electronic Voice Changer Mask

The media could not be loaded.  Got this for my son for Christmas. For the price - I was surprised at how durable and well made it is. It has been played with every single day since Christmas - often times with multiple kids fighting over who gets to wear it… and it’s still going strong - on the original batteries. LOLI think that this video will suffice for a thousand words on whether or not my son liked. This video was taken Christmas day - 10 hours after he opened it - and still refused to take it off… even for dinner. :-)Again - it's only a half mask - but honestly it has a GREAT voice changer and most kids don't care... it's well made and sturdy and it works great. Best buy for the money!

Very sturdy (thick plastic) mask. Daughter loves it and with her Kylo Ren hood on you cannot tell that is only a mask versus full head cover. In fact now she really prefers this versus having her entire head covered, can remove the hood and cool off without then having to also remove a full helmet. The voice changer is pretty cool, if you speak softly / moderate level then you really get a good effect. If you speak too loudly you'll mostly hear your own regular voice. For the price though this is a winner!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  My 8 yr old Kylo Ren fanatic loves this voice changer mask. This fits him well, as a matter of fact it fits my husband and I too (The force is strong in my family I guess :-) ! This durable/thick plastic mask is very detailed complete with smash and damage (purposeful smash detailing) from one of Kylo Rens epic battles. The voice changer has a mechanical sound to it like the dark side characters. In order to activate the voice changing feature you press a button located on the right temple of the mask that starts the voice changer for 20 seconds(I timed it) before you need to push the button again to reactivate the voice changer. The mask is held in place by a thick T strap elastic and does not have a back drape or anything like that, so if you want to cover the back you'll need to get a hood or costume. The size is good on child. As other reviewers have mentioned, the audio is not loud enough to totally cover the speaker voice. Also, the mic is too sensitive and it will pick up other people's voices when you're standing there talking to each other. The kids don't seem to mind though.

My daughter bought this for cosplay. I was a bit skeptical when she ordered it as to what the sound quality and accuracy would be like, but I needn't have worried. It truly sounds just like Kylo himself is in your kitchen. You can say whatever you like, speak in an accent, or loudly or softly and Adam Driver's interesting voice comes through with it.There is a tiny delay between the wearer speaking and the voice coming out, and you can hear their voice (although it is not very loud since it is muffled a bit by the mask) but it's amazing how quickly I just seemed to tune in to Kylo's voice.I was very impressed with this, especially the accuracy of the voice.

I ordered this to wear as a Halloween costume. Yes, I am a grown woman, but i have a kid size head so I will say it fits fine. It’s heavy. Not sure I’ll be able to wear this all evening. It gets very heavy on the nose piece and i just wore it around the house a whole. In the looks department I would give this a definite 10. It looks fantastic. As far as comfortability I would say it’s probably not going to be high. The voice changer is cool but like May others have said, you can still hear your own voice and I’m not sure it really sounds like Kylo Ren. Overall I think it will work fine. I am worried about being able to wear it very long.

I like the way the mask fit for an adult facial structure. I would say that if it was a 1/2 inch longer would have made it better, but not something that will steer you away from the mask.i wore this for Halloween because my kids like when we dress up with them. Next year we may end up doing a star wars theme. The mask is sturdy, but be careful around resizing it around your head. The mask is a bit heavier than I expected and weighed on my nose. Nothing too heavy, but enough that may cause some concern if you wear it long periods of time.

My son is a huge Star Wars fan and watches the movies over and over. He saw this mask at the store for twice as much than Amazon.com. It came and he was so excited to try it out. He's 10 and it fit his head perfectly. After hours of playing Kylo Ren with Light Sabers he took it off and went to bed. Mask is good quality and works well. Great value too.

Great mask !! Need to make sure that your voice is just right when speaking but other then that it’s so much fun. Solid mask but not to heavy. Awesome gift son loves it
