How do you get it to skin? Have tried all i know

Clean and dry area. Place tat on area facing skin. Wet back of paper thoroughly. Slowly lift edge of paper to see if that is starting to transfer. If not apply more water and repeat process. I have applied many on friends and family. Be patient and good luck 🤞
