As a dentist, I have always prioritized precision and comfort during surgical procedures. For a long time, I had been using standard flat scalpel handles, but I frequently found them lacking in terms of ergonomics, often leading to hand fatigue during longer sessions. I decided to switch to these round scalpel handles, and the difference is truly remarkable. The round design provides a significantly better grip, allowing for much greater control and stability when performing incisions. I have noticed that I can maintain a firmer, more secure hold on the instrument, which makes the entire process feel more natural and comfortable. I would buy it many more times.

Excellent item

Sometimes lower cost handles don't grab the blade precisely so it is either loose, or is hard to snap in and out. This one holds blades securely without wobble. I use scalpel baldes for hobby purposes and a lot of the time you want to rotate the blade as you are cutting. A round handle like this is handier for that than the typical flat sided surgical handle.

Cheaply made junk. Doesn't even fit the blades correctly

The scalpel blades fit too tight and are hard to install. I used a fine file edge to open up the grooves so the blades fit a little better but I’m not impressed with the workmanship.
