Love this gum and the taste is better the longer you chew it. It does suppress your appetite. For the price it’s good, because it cost most in the store.

It works for about 3 hours...

These did nothing to curb my cravings. Ingredients are mostly sweeteners (albeit good ones). Still, nothing. Also the flavor was gone within less than a minute of chewing.

Lies and says it suppresses your appetite but it does nothing. Read carefully. It’s WAY too little gum for WAY too much money and they won’t let your return it even if you didn’t open it and it’s still wrapped in plastic.

Good tasting gum that I think actually did help with cravings but I’m not sure if it’s because of the ingredients in this particular gum or if I could just use any other gum?
