I’m XL u ting the fit I’m big head

M/l is what I have for my big head. Go to they’re website for sizing chart

Is this a universal size helmet?

It's a pretty big medium/ large size helmet. It will fit well on a man's head. Too big for me since I am a small women.

My head size is 56cm. Will this fit me?

Yeah, I have a 60 CM head and it fit me. You will likely need the bigger pads and even still it may be loose.

Having it say one size scares me as I have a large head (24in./60.96cm). Will it fit my head?

I think it will fit you well! I am a small female so it was too big for my 54cm head.
