It arrived in good condition.... it was a little tricky getting the back to snap in place, but once in, everything is good. It is very comfortable, and a bit on the smaller size so fits my mother perfectly. Got it to help her in and out of the chair and it works very smoothly. We've only had it a few days so can't tell the longevity of it that's why we gave it a four star rating.

I ordered this several months ago for my mother. It arrived quickly and the staff at her assisted living community had no problem assembling it for her. While using it, she somehow had partially unplugged the unit and so it temporarily stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they were very responsive. Luckily, we visited my mother soon after the chair stopped working and found the problem - it was unplugged!Now several months later, the chair continues to work perfectly and my mother is happily using it.

The chair works.The control is confusing.Hold the control with the cord at the top. There are two white bottoms at the bottom,On the button there are tiny white raised arrows indicating the direction.I used a permanent black marker to blacken the down buttonI find holding the control upside the most comfortable position.

We love this chair. My husband uses it everyday. It fits well in a small area and helps lift him to a standing position when he feels weak. His only complaint is he wished it had a little more padding in the arms, which is why we have it a 4 in one category. We would buy again. Good value for the price.

The chair looks good in my den. I put it together and it works as advertised. The color is beautiful.

This chair was ordered for my 6 foot 230 pound husband for hip replacement surgery. He said it is very comfortable. Very easy to assemble as the back just slides on. The power cord was missing but they shipped it quickly. Thank goodness I ordered this chair because the anesthesia caused him to have to stand and urinate every 30 minutes for 12 days - I kid you not!! He actually slept in the chair for 10 days because of the urinary problem. He is 74 years old. I have recommended this chair to all our friends. Still working great after 18 months!

It is comfortable for my mother, but the base is a little light so it has a tendency to tip forward if she is not all the way back in the chair when reclining. Otherwise, it works good.

I am so happy with this chair. I had to fit it through a camper door that was 25 and 1/2 in wide. Every way we thought about it we weren't quite sure it was going to work but we were willing to give it the old try. It went in just fine it was easy to put together it is so comfortable. Perfect for recovering when I have my hip surgery. And it was over $1,000 cheaper than anything that I could find. I just bought a second one,and the red is so pretty.
