If I could give Clark&Co more than 5 stars I would. Amazingly, out of 1500 bugs, only 2 were dead. Worth every penny!

id say nearly all the lady bugs survived the journey. the "shipper" is my only complaint. they were supposed to arrive tomorrow, but were delivered today while I wasn't home. The shipping box clearly states to not expose to high heat or leave in a mailbox. They were delivered to a mailbox sitting in full sun at the end of my driveway. shipper problem, not seller. luckily a neighbor saved them before they got cooked. I released them as recommended by the seller. wet plants at dusk after a short time in the refrigerator. and they went right to work taking care of aphids on my milkweed plants. I'm very satisfied!

Received my bugs quickly and all alive! Only problem was with USPS putting them in the mail box... Luckily I was home and heard the person bring the mail, checked quickly and got them inside! It was 94 degrees with the heat index at 106! This person paid no attention to the warning on the box about leaving them in a hot box! So anyone purchasing the little guys needs to keep an eye out for the mail so they don't cook in the heat! NICE HEALTHY BUGS!

These little cuties all came alive, no thanks to the delivery guy. It planning states on the carton “Live bugs, do not place in mailbox”. Thankfully I saw the reminder that something had been delivered and left in my mailbox, if I hadn’t noticed those cuties would have died. It was 100 degrees that day!

Very disappointed upon arrival of the first set of 1500 ladybugs. Unfortunately the majority of the ladybugs were dead upon opening the bag. I was able to write to the company and within 24 hours had a response, expressed their sincere apologies and expressed wanting to mail out a new order on their next ship date. I received the second order and it exceeded my expectations this round. The company was extremely friendly and helpful. The ladybugs were much healthier this round and almost all alive. Obviously some did not make it, but nothing compared to the first order. SUPER HAPPY and so are the ladybugs in their new environment. Would highly recommend using this company and I will be ordering more next year!

Overall these were good. Had about fifty or so dead. Out of 1500 I guess it’s not too bad. Photo of some of the dead ones.

Unfortunately more than half of the ladybugs arrived dead, but they might save my pepper plants, so that’s what counts.

When we first received these we were certain that a bunch were dead and that there were nowhere near 1500 lady bugs in the box. Once we got them into the garden and gave them some time to adjust, we now know they were all alive and there were way more than we thought! These are pricy, but if you need an effect Ipm I would highly recommend ordering these!
