If we can't use the whole package at one time, can the remainder be frozen?

I froze mine, then when I was ready to use it , I just dumped it into a bowl of cold water to thaw while I was fixing dinner. When I was ready for it I just added it to the pan. I actually liked it better that way as it was more tender than what I had used before.

What are the ingredients in these rice ovaletts?

Label lists rice, salt, water, wheat starch

Says made in the USA on the bag.

Can a sweet and sour dish be made with them?

Hi I don’t know about what type of ‘ a sweet and sour dish’ you mean in your question, but this is a dried rice cake product with no particular flavors. You can make Korean rice cake soups, Korean tteokbokki, Korean royal court tteokbokki, Korean tteok ramen, Korean tteok mandu-guk and many more dishes. If you like the texture of rice cake, you can improvise a variety of recipes by adding this type of rice cake. Hope it is of help.
