Incredible...
This is a great book, sure it is now some thirty years out of date but still the story of Lou's battle against bullies both in his social and family life and his way of overcoming them is hugely inspirational. As a fan of the original Hulk TV series I purchased this as a supplement to my collection and in this regard it was a great purchase, but the plus side was the second half of the book in which Lou gives advice on weight training, the advice is great for a beginner so is a usful tool to kick start a journey to a better physique, so yes, if you are a fan of the man, the Hulk, and/or are looking for some advice to kick start a journey in building your body then this ticks all the boxes.

Big Louie the Legend
Lou Ferrigno is a legend, its a shame that he never went on to win Mr Olympia when Arnold retired. This book is a good read with great photos and training advice,Bodybuilding now is not the same as it was in the 70s and early 80s, there are no characters and they are far too big, bloated and freaky looking due to over use of drugs. This book took me back in time and brought back a lot of happy memories, forget about modern bodybuilding go old school andif you can read The Incredible Lou Ferrigno.

a great read from Lou the one and only Hulk
This is Lou Ferrigno's journey, Packed with personal memories, Anecdotes and wonderful pictures. He also includes his personal tips for body building. there is one hilarious story Lou tells of one night, just finished a very difficult day of filming the Hulk, Two cops stop him for speeding, On seeing his drivers liscence ans assertaining that it is Lou Ferrigno they have stopped, they shake his hand and ask for his autograph, instead of ticketing him. A remarkable man, and a great read.
