A Game Changer for My Swing!
The GoSports Golf Pure Strike Golf Training Disks have been a fantastic addition to my practice routine. They help me focus on making solid contact with the ball, ensuring that I hit the sweet spot every time. The disks are durable and easy to use—just place them on the ground and work on your swing technique. What I love most is that they help improve my ball-striking consistency, and the feedback I get is immediate, making it easy to correct any mistakes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced golfer, these training disks can help take your game to the next level. Highly recommend them for anyone serious about improving their swing!

Pretty good!
These are a tiny bit shorter when flat on the ground compared to the Flatball brand. I was given one of those by a friend and got these because they looked similar. I'm not sure if the shortness is the difference, but I have a hard time getting these to "fly" when I strike them correctly. The Flatball is easier to get a nice looking flight path from. That being said, these are high quality material and I like the honeycomb design, but that may also contribute to my difficulty getting them to fly well. Or, maybe I'm just really horrible at golf (which is the reason for buying something like this). The honeycomb might just give these a little extra flex when you hit them making it harder to get a clean strike. Overall, these are fun to line up and send 'em flying and anytime I'm able to swing during the winter is a good thing, so I would recommend these. They do help you strike the ball better on the course and that is the whole idea! I hope this was helpful!

Went All-In on GoSport Products!
I've been golfing for 20+ years and had never seen or paid attention to these "flat balls" before. My 4 year old daughter is beginning to learn to swing golf clubs and when purchasing two different GoSports hitting mats, and a golf net, I came across a different brand of flat balls and ordered everything at the same time. I figured with the purchase of the hitting mats to help her, the concept of these flat balls would also help her as she learns how to swing the golf club and strike the ball. Since her swing lands all over the place as she's learning, I do think that if she can hit the flat balls, she will learn to strike a real ball better. I tried them myself and was able to hit the flat ball every time, so for the experienced golfer, they may not be a great training tool, but for someone new to the game, or if you are really having a problem hitting fat/thin, they definitely couldn't hurt. The first set of flat balls I bought were a 6-pack of a different brand for about $8, and then while going back to Amazon to splurge on several other GoSport golf products, I came across this 24-pack for only a few more dollars. I decided to return the 6-pack of the different brand to get these ones since it was a better value. In addition to hitting regular balls, I toss down these flat balls on the hitting mat every few times and see how she does. She doesn't like them because they are obviously harder for her to hit and they don't go far like actual balls, but as mentioned, I think with continued practice, these will definitely help a new golfer. These flat balls are full of holes, whereas the first brand I bought were more of a white solid puck with golf dimples. The solid ones did travel further than these, but that doesn't really concern me. I like having 24 of them as opposed to only 6, so I do not have to retrieve them as often. Definitely a great value in my opinion. A final thought is that these are only worth having if you are going to be hitting them off of a "fairway" artificial turf mat (driving range mat), or maybe a low pile carpet in your home. If you toss them in the grass, they are plenty easy to get underneath. My daughter likes hitting off of the middle/"rough" artificial turf of the GoSports' Tri-Turf 24"x24" mat, and she hits these flat balls clean more often than she should be at this point because her club is able to drag through that grass, allowing her to still hit it even if she lands the club too far behind the ball. If it is on the "fairway" turf, then her club bounces over it as is really intended with this training tool. So I recommend using a fairway turf mat with these.

Reduces Topped Shots
This helped me reduce the frequency of topping the ball or fat shots. I wish I had found these years ago.

Add a Divot board and you have a great union!!
I love these things. I use them with a divot board and the combination of the two give you great feedback and make you improve your stroke.

Great training aid
These are much more durable than I thought they would be. I did catch the top of one and it deformed a bit but still useable. Cant knock them for that since you are supposed to hit them on the back edge. On thin carpet it is challenging but ball striking has improved.

This golf training aid has been the most helpful tool I’ve tried by far. Not only did it significantly improve my game, but it was also the most affordable option available. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and budget-friendly way to enhance their golf skills.

This product will train you to keep in your posture when swinging your irons and wedges (or even fairway woods). It enourages staying down and not lifting your body / head up during the swing (which is something a lot of amateurs struggle with, thus causing them to hit thin shots or outright topping the ball). Remember.. NEVER raise your body or head upwards during the swing! No matter how slight! This product can also encourage retaining lag and holding shaft angle to facilitate a more downwards attack angle and not early releasing. There are also other useful ways you can use this product, such as setting one up slightly behind and to the outside of a ball you're hitting in order to have a visual obstacle to encourage a more in to out swing path (you'll feel encouraged to avoid hitting it on the downswing and swing to the inside of it). Or if you struggle with a hook you can position this product back and to the inside of what you're hitting in order to encourage yourself to swing more out to in to avoid it.
