Love this sauce - I wouldn’t say it is ‘hot’ as I found the spiciness quite manageable despite not being able to tolerate extreme hot food. Such an interesting and compelling flavour.

You are probably wondering what this is and hoping to see something in the feedback to give you a clue. Look no further, sit back and let me paint the picture. I was looking at falafel videos as you do, then found a linked video for the "Sabich sandwich", that is never heard of. A sandwich that amongst chopped salad, fried aubergine, sliced potato and pickles, has its already exciting flavours kissed with a little amba sauce. I'd not heard of it either, but mouthwatering, I had to find out. Its a strong rich flavour that is somewhere between piccalilli, mango chutney and a kind of curry sauce fenugreek note. There is a background sharpness, a little kick of heat, and a full bodied flavour filling middle that perks up the most mundane of sandwiches, wraps, shawarma and kebabs. Don't use a lot because it can be a little overpowering, like using too much mustard. Its flavours circle in the same party as kebab and curry spices, making it lift and help with any of that kind of dish.

j'ai découvert cette sauce falafel lors de vacances en Israel. Surprise à mon retour: les épiceries orientales n'en n'ont jamais entendu parlé! Un peu moins parfumée et un peu plus épicé que la sauce de marque Yarden qui elle est introuvable.

Ya era hora que se comercializara este producto en España, muy bueno para darle un gusto sabroso y diferente a un ke bad, aunque lo suyo es con un buen shawuarma o falafel. Lo seguiré comprando, me encanta!

I took a chance on this product. I have been looking and looking for Amba sauce for the Sabich I want to assemble. THe flavor was OFF. And I can't return it! Ugh! I don't recommend it.
