Everyone is different, so this Buckwheat Honey may not help some when they have a cold, sore throat or cough. For me and my family it seemed to really help. We were very happy with how much it helped us. I ordered the larger size for this past winter. Would definitely recommend, based on how much it helped us.

This is the only honey I eat. There is a bit of an off aroma to this product but the flavor is distinct. I may purchase a local honey for the immune system benefits but I will try to always have buckwheat honey on the shelf.

The product is terrific. I also like the Raw Amish which is a little richer in flavor. I will say that some people may take issue with the container. It is semi-rigid plastic which means that, when you grab the container, it could squeeze and be difficult to handle. Two hands are probaby the best way. They also have smaller containers that are glass.
