I have a 2000's era Craftsman 16 gallon shop vac that is too big, has bad wheels, and a stiff and irritating hose. I turned it into a stationary dust collection system and bought a small shop vac for when I am working outside of my basement. This set is perfect for that purpose. The big bulky shop vac stays put and the 30 ft hose reaches just about everywhere I need it to and maintains solid suction for such a long hose. It is also high quality and flexible. What an improvement to a shop vac that I wanted to do a Office Space style beat down on. Based on another review, I worried a little about switching between the fitting that threads onto the hose for vacuuming and the quick release fitting that threads on for dust collection. It takes about 5 seconds to switch these fittings so I definitely do not care about that issue. That reviewer gave a solution if I ever do care. Overall, I find all of the attachments high quality just like the hose. It's a great value especially since all of the attachments also work with my new small shop vac, which came with very few.

Adding this hose to my dust collection has made life so much easier. Mainly due to the length (30 Feet), and I would not want to go without it.Now to a couple of complaints.....The hose does not fit many shop vacs, I had to find an adapter at Lowes to make mine work. Ended up having to buy a kit with the adapter in it, and did not need anything else in the kit.The attachments are a joke, so know that going in, don't buy the version with the attachments as they are junk.Overall the hose is worth the price if you need extra length to cover your work area.

Everything was up to my standards for the price, even the gimmicky bag, except for one thing. Directions say to "simply twist off the swivel adapter to use the quick click adapter". I wish it were that easy but my hose wouldn't untwist from the swivel adapter, like at all. The hose just buckled removing any and all torque needed to unthread the hose. I ended up cutting the hose to swap it out. Lost a few inches, giggity, and had to dig out the small section stuck in the swivel adapter. Oh well, both adapters go on and off fine now so unsure of what made the hose not want to budge from the swivel adapter from the factory...have I said swivel adapter enough times yet? Any who, I'd buy it again and will probably do so for my other vacs.

I bought this to connect from my 4” workshop dust vac system to all of my smaller-port hand and portable tools with dust ports. The adapters are great! I had tried a couple of other adaptors from 4” to various size ports and only one of three that I tried actually worked at all, and not as well as these. One is connected to a Delta Chop saw with 1 1/8 port, another fits well on my 12” DeWalt compound miter saw, and to my palm sander. The vac tools are a nice addition, especially since my shop vac either disappears from my shop or ends up in the way and underfoot. I coil the hose on the wall with a hose hanger and unspool only what I need - keeps my floors free of tripping hazards. I would buy this again.

The hose is nice and fits my shop vac tightly. The connectors are nice and between them I can fit all my tools. However there is one STUPID flaw. The hose doesn’t quick disconnect to the vacuum handle that attaches the floor sweeper and other attachments. You have to unscrew the quick disconnect, find a place you won’t lose it, and screw on the vacuum handle. Why doesn’t this thing have quick release too. It’s dumb. But it works well enough I’m gonna keep it and probably buy another piece to make it work.

I was unsure if it would fit my Craftsman vac but it did. My Craftsman branded vac model was made by Shop-Vac Corp and is model #CMXEVBCV945L. As others have observed you have to use different hose fittings when switching between your power tools and the vac attachments provided for cleanup. But it isn't difficult and can be done quickly. It's weird though that the tool designer made it that way. I used it with my orbital sander and then switched to the vac attachments to clean up the dust.

I was contemplating buying the festool HEPA filter, but I had a shop vac cyclone vacuum system with a craftsman this hose system has changed everything!! It fits every tool in my shop that is not 4”!,

This and a dust deputy really converted my shop vac 2 inch stiff tube from a useless thing to a great shop vac. The flex hose is really great it doesnt kink and its easy to move, love it. My kit missed the quick connect and amazon sent me a replacement one so all is good.

I am using this set for woodwork shop its has various attachments can hook makita,festool,triton and milwaukee without any hassle.It is high quaility highly recomended
