The crepe pan can also be used for pancakes.

Is it suitable for electric glass top range

It should be fine. I don't have an electric glass top range, but I see no reason why it should not work. Although it has an aluminum core, the bottom is induction ready stainless steel. It will work on all ranges.

Can you use it on high heat?

I don’t use high heat. It works great on medium heat.

Can it use on gas stove burner?

Yes! I use mine on a gas stove. It is easy to clean up as well!
