Love Garlic Juice

Delicious and super easy to use; no mess.
Love it! They say two tsp. = one garlic clove, but of course what sized garlic clove? The product tastes like garlic, not artificial, and I use it in sauces and stir-fry's. It is awesome and I think you can use less than recommended in the tsp to clove ratio and get your desired garlicy goodness result.

It is a good replacement for real garlic
I have diverticulosis and flares of diverticulitis if I eat anything with skins, seeds, and certain other food including garlic. So I must avoid many foods now. Garlic is my favorite, yet I can no longer eat it. I put garlic on almost everything that I eat so my foods were just bland without garlic. In my search I came across this garlic juice. To me, it is not a strong overpowering garlic flavor. I find I use 2 tsp in most foods/meals that I cook to get a garlic flavor. It is wonderful to have a garlic flavor back in my foods and it tastes good. I just ordered another bottle after using the 1st bottle in less than a month. I would prefer fresh garlic, or that this had a stronger garlic flavor, but I am glad to have this as an option. The bottle had leaked during shipping.

This NOTHING like the old McCormick's Garlic Juice
Bought this on the strength of the description. Even though vinegar is listed second on the label, behind garlic, the vinegar is the taste that cuts through. Used it in a cream cheese dip and it wound up being very acidic - imparting a lemony taste to the dip without much garlic flavor. Tried to kick it up a bit with garlic powder and while that helped somewhat, it did nothing to remove the lemony flavor. Will not buy again.
