I naturally shed a lot of hair and that has continued for a bit but I definitely see a lot more new hair quickly growing after consistently starting to take these pills. It's a small but very good package size and good amount to try it out and get results already. Nails have also grown incredibly fast but unsure if it's just from this or the combination with a collagen supplement (which didn't show any changes on the hair growth/strength).

Can't comment on the affects yet as only started taking it this week, however it arrived very fast and if works, will order again.

Too early to know but ingredients list looks good. Make sure you take with or after food or you may get a stomach ache but you should be good otherwise. THE BOTTLE CAME HALF EMPTY!!!!!
