Rustic Art Amla Shikakai Shampoo Bar

Very good product. Must buy.

My hair type is low porosity, fine and straight hair with oily dandruff. I brought this as regular cleanser. I had a great experience. I have only used half of the bar in last 3 months. There was no hairfall and it did not affect my dandruff and cleanses scalp well. It doesn't lather as much as a liquid based shampoo but it does serve its purpose well. Also it has not weighed down my hair. Not gonna repurchase as it crumbles when it becomes thin.

Pros: 1. Super packing, a real eco-friendly product. 2. Amazing feel on the hair after use. 3. Lathers well, hair feels very clean. 4. Fragrance also very pleasant. 5. Is much better than the many liquid shampoos in the market. 6. Travel friendly. Cons: 1. Bar size is small. Not sure how long it will last

This shampoo bar cleanses greatly and lasted longer than expected. We 3 people used for a month. It's a good deal. But 2 disadvantages - 1. When you switch from chemical shampoo to a natural shampoo, for 6-8 washes, your hair will be frizzy and dry because it's shedding all the silicon softeners hair was coated with. Conditioning ingredients present in this shampoo bar like amla and mango butter takes time to work. So have to compulsoryily use a conditioner. I was using their Amla methi conditioner and it took good care. But the problem was, even after a month of use(atleast 12-13 washes), a good diet with healthy fats, my hair was still frizzy and dry scalp. Not extreme like how it was in 1st wash, but I couldn't just shampoo, had to follow up with contlditioner, which was too time consuming. The time I saved in washing hairs, went all with the conditioner. So I had to switch to some other shampoo bar and experiment with my hair again. Request the team to fix this. Add more conditioning ingredients to the shampoo bar. Always can't use conditioner bar especially when we are in a hurry.

It triggers inflammation, causes hair fall, not at all suitable for dry/itchy/dandruff prone scalps. Beware!

Smell is good. A little bit expensive but atleast it's vegan so no regret of money. Let's see it's effect.

Cost should be less

I have definitely noticed a difference in my hair after using this. I feel like it has encouraged my hair to grow more(I have damaged areas and one of my medications causes more hairfall). It does a good job cleaning and makes my hair so shiney and healthy looking.

I never knew about shampoo. But I do now. It works great! I will purchase this again.

I love this product. It has a nice aroma and is much easier to travel with than a plastic container. Additionally, it's better for our planet.
