What’s the color of the liquid? I can only use clear neutral ph liquids on my floor.

The liquid is a thick chalky grey. I have porcelain floors and it did not do well at all. I had to steam clean after I used it. Even after I followed directions, I had to go back over the floor several times. And that was in the test spot.
