Whats the best way to clean this off an iron?

Use a tumble dryer sheet. Place the sheet on a tea towel and while the iron is hot, rub it across the sheet and the glue will come off.

Is the fabric washable?

Hi, you generally iron the white fusible to the inside of your fabric to give a firmer finish, so it becomes part of the garment so as long as your main material is washable the white fusible should be washable as well

Will my fabric be too stiff after applying it?

Not at all, I have been using it on fabric for facemasks and it it just fine

Would this be suitable to back a repair on a pair of jeans?

This is an interface which improves the fabrics firmness for instance when making a shirts collar giving it a firmness. So not suitable for a patch repair
