It does exactly what it is supposed to do
I was searching for 3M Adhesion Promoter wipes and found they were pretty pricey. Came across this pen as a suggested item and thought why not give it a try. It works folks. I use it for helping 3M double sided tape to stick to automotive glass that is in the sun all summer.... use it for automotive accessories. It even helps with command hooks on tough to stick to exterior surfaces.

Helps a lot
As far as I am concerned this is manditory for installing anything with the 3M adhesive tape. MASSIVELY increases the holding strength, but makes it harder to install. The reversable tip is nice, just make sure it is snug as it can pop out if it is not and your product will spill. You will get a ton of uses out of this pen, WAY more than the bags of the single use applicators.

3m primer
Very good for making things stick, such as, rim wheel stickers, mine are still on after all the rain that we have been getting, abd it has lasted through one car washing.

Be sure to wait 30 sec before placing adhesive over this primer.
This is an excellent primer to use before double sided taping a replacement screen on an iPad. As long as all of the small glass shards are removed from the tape perimeter you donโt need to remove all of the original โstiickyโ tape residue as the primer will loosen it and become even more effective when adding the new tape.

Great stuff!
If you're using 3m mounting tape, this is this stuff you want to put on the surface before installing. Makes a huge difference with how well the tape adheres to vehicle trim/surfaces, vent visors etc. Seems to be genuine 3m primer, seems to work very well, in a convenient reusable pen applicator.

Used to prep glass for plastic hooks in a display cabinet. Essential to vetting a firm bond. Worked vreat in convenient pen applicator.
