Great taste, gives you a nice natural boost of natural energy, but if you have HBP (High Blood Pressure) it's not for you. It contains a great amount of sodium around 200'ish mg and it will raise your blood pressure even if you are taking blood pressure medication, which is disappointing because at first I didn't realize it until I felt my BP elevate the few times I took it and finally read the ingredients and figured it out. If you have LBP (low blood pressure) it may help elevate it to a normal level, but I recommend anyone who takes this particular Elderberry Syrup to have a BP cuff to take readings before and after to make sure your levels are normal. At the same time, I would check with your doctor to see if it's even feasible for you to take if you have these known medical conditions, but the bottle does have a warning. If you are healthy and not on any medications you should be okay taking this, but I'd still check levels and check with a physician.

Finally absorbing some Vitamin C. I was with my friend all day in close quarter, the next day she called to say how sick she was. I never had one symptom. Love this stuff Through blood test I wasn't absorbing any Vitamin C, my energy was tanked. Im finally getting my energy back.

I feed elderberry to the whole family for immune support, and the kids love elderberry, so was hoping the kids would like this formula that had some extras such as vitamin C. Nope! This tastes like cough syrup. Not horrible, but certainly not what I would call enjoyable. A lot of people are spoiled when it comes to vitamins, expecting gummies and syrups to be delicious. In my experience, if the company puts all the effort into flavor, they've sacrificed somewhere on quality & ingredients. So the kids are going to continue taking NOW brand elderberry syrup, which is just straight syrup, and is delicious. The adults will suck it up and take the Quicksilver for the added benefits.
