Dr Teal's Cantu Natural Hair Wave Whip Curling Mousse,8.4 oz (07570-12/3EU)

I've never been a fan of Cantu products. Cantu has dried out my hair & my kids hair. I saw this product used by someone on YouTube. She has a curly TWA hairstyle similar to mine. Her video made me curious to try the product. I can say that I love it. A small amount goes a long way. It instantly made my curls pop. My hair felt really soft & moisturized. The product is light weight & non greasy. I do not sleep with a scarf or a sleep cap on. When I awake in the morning my curls are still soft & defined. I just spritz a little water & rub my fingers through my hair & go. So far this product has been great. I'm thankful that I've tried it.

I am so afraid to write this review, about this product. This bottle is heaven sent by the GODS. I am afraid you guys are going to buy it all up and leave me with NOTHING to buy. Okay...Here we go. This mousse is fantastic, the minute it touches your hair you feel and see it working. It help you combed through thick curlyness of hair, the softness it bring to your hair is unbelievable. Bring curly to life. This is product is a must in my hair routine. I am just saying, at least leave three bottles for me to buy too. 😢

It has a mild scent, its light weight not heavy at all its a mousse. It dries quickly, no white flakiness, and no build up.

I think Cantu is the best option for WOC when it comes to hair care on a budget. I had never used mousse before, but this one is awesome! I use it right after a shower for volume and also after my wash days just to liven up my hair. It’s really light weight and doesn’t make your hair crunchy at all. Also doesn’t add extra frizz or anything. I literally suggest this product to anyone with curly hair lol

I’m a Black woman with naturally curly hair and this is THE best curling whip I have ever used!! It’s so popular that Walmart and Sally’s Beauty Supply can’t keep it on the shelf. This is the only brand I have used..and I tried way too many...ugh!!..that does not cause dryness or makes my hair hard. It leaves my curls soft and beautiful with NO flakes!! I get better results when my hair is wet. The whip dries fast and leaves my curls popping :-)!!!

I generally have no issues with Cantu products I use a lot of them. I am very brand loyal with Cantu and love a lot of their other products. Cantu products are a good value. This whip just isn't for my hair type, and that is okay! Though I saw based on reviews it works great for others and that is why I gave it a go and purchased.First, yes, I read the directions follow them, and honestly my hair was curlier when I started than how it was after it dried.BUT! My hair was insanely soft and smelled amazing. So maybe for me I use it not as a curl defining whip? But as a added conditioner and softener when I decide to straighten my hair. Since it did weigh it down enough that straightening would have been super fast.Smells great, softens hair just made my curls flat or weighed down instead of defining them. I do see another reviewer that says they also did not have luck with this one. I think perhaps that shorter hair may have more luck. It is super airy of a formula hence the 'whip', But I even went back a different day and tried again. I doubled the amount of whip I used end result was the same.

I use it all the time

This is my go to product to manage my natural, curly and kinky hair. After I wash, I lather up with the product and it adds softness, shine and makes my curly coils easy to comb. There is no build up or flaking and makes thick hair easy to comb. Soft scent and not sticky.

This is the only mousse I use on my wavy/curly hair as it doesnt weigh it down or make it sticky.It smells really nice and is so lightweight. I have bought this 3 times now and I thought now I should show my appreciation of a good product.My hair is wavy and has ringlets, it is thick but my hair strands themselves are fine. My hair goes down just past my bust. A lot of products flatten my hair or make it sticky, this is lightweight, leaves my hair shiny and frizz free and hold my curls well.

Huele super rico , la textura es una pasada pero yo soy de pelo seco , a mí me lo recomendó mi hijo que lo usa y está encantadísimo pero él tiene el pelo graso , con lo cual a mí en el momento me deja unos rizos espectaculares pero al día sgte el pelo está súper reseco , sin brillo , fatal así que si tienes el pelo seco no lo recomiendo pero el producto es excelente, relación calidad precio buenísima .

Es super ligero en el cabello pero hace muy bien su trabajo, de los mejores que he probado
