how the air circulated into the shield?

There is a hose hook up in the back of the shield that exits inside the top of the inside of the face shield. As long as you have good air flow the mask is comfortable to wear. Without airflow the mask is hot and hard to breathe.

Is the shroud replaceable? Where can we buy the additional shroud?

Yes. The replacement part numbers are: standard outer shroud (M-445), inner collar (M-444). You may purchase through a 3M distributor. Please contact Customer Service at 800-328-1667, option 2 for where to buy information. Thank you.

Can this withstand paintballs and bbs?
