The best protein in the markets
Used for after gym recovery, flavour is amazing, blend with ice and banana and it’s basically a milkshake, excellent value for money.

Good but expensive
I have used this for recovery after jogging for several years. Just one scoop after exercise is good for starting the recovery process. The main benefits are shelf-life and easy preparation. It is getting expensive for what I use it for, so I have started looking at other options that have better value.

Product itself is good ,good taste easy to mix - but jar size designed or for kids or for midget. It is difficult to get palm through the hole in a jar
