Would a l be too big for a 28-30" waist in the thong (not g-string!) version? i've asked before but that question was for the g-string.

I always order up a size as most run smaller than it’s marked. I don’t prefer the feeling of being split into. Just a note if your blessed with a large package the pouch on these run kinda tight. There very well made the material is soft and sleek feeling.

Actually they fit just right for me. I am 34" in the waist (~185lb) and I have ordered Large. They are really good thongs, I would recommend them!
