Your body makes this but slows down as you get older. Part of HR therapy. I cannot be too specific because Amazon does not let me post any medical advice, so keeping this bland. This product will help with memory and aging. I usually take 100 mg myself but you can go up to 300 mg depending on need. You can test your HR profile at your docs office then take it and test again to check your levels. Safe and effective. Good stuff. I've taken it for over 15 yrs with no problem. Not this brand in particular but any brand.
