Are these adhesive trauma pads???

There is no adhesive on these pads. You have to purchase tape to use with these pads.

Would these work for covering a new tattoo? Or would they stick too much?

I used mine for the surgical opening for a hip replacement. I have never had a tattoo. But to be on the safe side, I would apply an antibiotic gel (not cream but gel) and it won't stick or irritate.
