Can this be used with full coverage tips? Or only dip powder?

I would think that you can put the gel on top of any type of polish, powder, or gel as long as you have the LED light to cure it and something to clean the stickiness off the top when you are done.

Anyone have issues with this topcoat? mine seems to always peal, even if i only use it on acrylic for some shine. i’m doing all steps correctly.

I only use it with the shellac colors , I have problems with any top coat I use over the Kiera Sky dip acrylic. If you use the top coat from the system it works . But just not the gel top coats for some reason.

what is the honest truth about the base and topcoat before I buy I would like to know 1 out of 10 how good it is?

The product is great. It’s a professional product that will last. You will need an LED light or something similar to cure to gel polish like in the nail salon.
