UPDATE: was able to contact seller who was fantastic about sending a replacement battery whish I just received today. Put in the Acer and it works great. Waiting to run it down to the recommended 2% and then plug in the charger up to 100%. It arrived at a 63% charge. I will do this 2 times:) It was probably me leaving the laptop unused for over a month without having charged it up with at least a 70% charge. They came through for me and will probably for you. It is nice to see that these days:) Best replacement battery for the Acer!

Easy replacement. Performs well. This is my second replacement. First lasted 1 year. Hopefully this will. Exceed that. Good value for the price.

unfortunately some other previous negative customer reviews were correct - bad battery - <worse> performance / capacity than my original battery that I was hoping to replace and <just yesterday failed> after two months of use - also printed battery specs on battery packaging <less> than original batteryI'm not the type to complain especially if the price paid very reasonable, but in this case advising others to pay more if it means getting a better quality battery( update a year later ) . . now the laptop charging light stays on in perpetual 'charging' mode - ie never shows charging 'complete' . . again because the battery's price was so cheap I can't completely complain - but definitely 'buyer beware'

The battery was an exact fit and easily plugged into the board. It has given new life to my laptop. I was only disappointed to see that this replacement battery has slightly fewer watt hours than the original. This does not appear to negatively impact my use of the laptop as the battery has greatly extended the remote working time I have before requiring a recharge. By the time this battery wears out, I will likely be shopping for a new portable computer in order to take advantage of new supported technology.

I bought this for an Acer Aspire E5-573G. The battery fits as it should. Given some of the reviews, I wasn't sure if this was the right choice due to complaints about its less than stellar lifespan, but for the price I thought I'd give it a try. Out of the box, the battery was at about 58% and I followed the instructions to let it drop to 20% before charging fully. It dropped into the high 20's fairly quickly and before it ever reached 20%, it suddenly dropped into the single digits, then died around 6%. I charged it fully and have been able to get about 2 hours with normal use. I've had this battery for less than a month and recently, if it's plugged in, it won't reach a full 100%. It stops at 96-97%. There's also times I don't get the 2 hours I was getting before, even though usage hasn't changed. I have my power settings set for better battery life when unplugged. By the looks of it, I'm going to have a similar experience as other buyers and it won't last long. The original factory battery lasted several years, so this is disappointing. I could buy a more expensive battery, but we never know what we're going to get. I'll update this review if anything changes.

It worked ok, I got about 2 hours of use on a battery, I rarely use the laptop, so in 10 months (only 8 charge cycles according the the battery report) it has died and won't take a charge at all, previous to that it was working ok, but then I let it sit for a couple of months, and now the battery is dead. it says it has a 1 year warranty, but no info on how to obtain that warranty! buyer beware.--- Update ---Contacted the seller through amazon, sent a replacement battery quickly. I don't know why it suddenly stopped working, but good customer support.

Batería funciona muy bien en la laptop, sin problemas. La instalación requiere de ciertos conocimientos técnicos para hacer el reemplazo dado que hay que desarmar parte de la carcasa para poderla instalar.
