Smoke Match Cloche

We all need a match at one point or another. This looks lovely on my desk and the matches are sturdy. Glad I bought it.

So esthetic and pleasing! I love the look of the glass, perfect shape and design. I will say the matches break easily, maybe because they are long and I’m rough? Unsure. But still work and are beautiful!

We keep these on our mantel and use them to light fires. It is made well and easily to use

This my second purchase of these sleek match cloches. They fit into any decore. I purchased them for bathroom candles. I love the easy to open bottom cork. The stick is very firm for the length. Cheaply produced matches of this length would break. The strike strip is concealed nicely when the cloche is full. Once you strike that match it ignites. I mean ignite. Cuidado LOL! No really, they do put on a show. The only reason I took away a star for this review is because the seller placed a bar code sticker right below thr strike strip. I don't think there is a woman alive that likes removing item stickers. Yet alone from glass. I have a good solvent but I still need to use a degreaser and water to remove the solvent. I'm afraid it may damage or cause a fire hazard. The cloche took forever to arrive. I hate to send it back.

These matches are quite long, and are literally the easiest to light matches I’ve ever experienced. You barely need to swipe the end over the striker strip and the match lights. The glass color is beautiful too. A bit pricey, but I ordered these as a gift and it’s really high quality.
