This is a perfect 1 to 1 part. Installation was not too difficult in my k1500. Grinding off the rivets from the old part was the most time consuming. After installing my sterring wheel was solid. Virtually all the play I felt before disappeared. Its a drive saving part easy to replace and at a great price.

Fits and saved $250
Majority of work was removing old steering link and conditioning it. Checking fit was done before grinding the rivets and destroying the old rag joint. Initially wasted time trying to just grind the rivet heads. Grind into the old rag joint stops in order to punch out old rivets. Install the rag joint connection to the power steering unit first and then the steering wheel. The play in the steering wheel was reduced significantly and feels firm again.

Perfect fit
Was a perfect fir and really tightened up my steering. Was a lot of work getting the old one off since the two pins had to be ground all the way off on both sides. The new one went on pretty easy though.
