This is the third bottle I’ve ordered of this magnesium - I think it’s a good all-rounder, and seems good value.

Ok so, I suffer with chronic fatigue from my fibromyalgia & depression. I researched several vitamins, minerals, complimentary therapies & heard about Magnesium. I have been taking these for approx 3wks & I’m noticing hardly any change to my energy levels at all. I’m hoping that this’ll be because I need to be patient. I bought these because I went off all the amazing reviews about them helping with low energy & everyone has been getting amazing results, I’m nearly in tears that this is not the case for me, yet! I don’t know where to turn next! Any help/guidance would be much appreciated guys pls? You can msg me on my fb Vick-angel McClean. I did read though that Magnesium Malate is better for chronic fatigue sufferers than this one which is Magnesium Citrate. Although citrate can help the malate is geared more towards my needs. Again, any help would be much appreciated guys! I need some help with my CFS. Thanks! Not being crude but these also help amazingly with constipation. Because of all the meds I’ve been on for years, I’ve had to take a big dose of lactulose 2x a week to go, but haven’t had to for the past 3wks! I’ve been able to go naturally & painlessly, for me, that is a massive blessing in itself. I’ve not been able to go naturally & painlessly for many years! So, they are working as promised in that area. I’m going to carry on taking these but am going to look for Magnesium Malate. Any advice will be much appreciated from fellow chronic fatigue sufferers & what has helped you? I don’t find them hard to swallow, they are very large but taken with a big gulp of water, I manage fine. I also read that they put a lot of water in your bowels to help you go to the toilet so you have to drink lots of water after taking them to replenish your body water content or you can get dehydrated. Overall they’re worth the money & I recommend them.

These capsules are much easier to swallow than the previous tablets I’d ordered. The supplement in general is great.. I’m very rarely Poorly anyway but taking these over the last couple of years has meant I’ve not suffered as much as a mild cold, I strongly believe that they even stopped my hayfever after YEARS of suffering!

The best Magnesium option so far.

They stop me from getting restless leg’s, If I don’t take them I can’t sleep so they are very good for that .

It seems to be beneficial and it’s a great price. I’d buy again.

Was fantastic, but now reduced quantity by a third (180 down to 120) and a lot more 'bulking agents' added. Customer service has been great obtaining a refund, but not happy that the reduction in tablets and added ingredients are the same price 180 tablets with less ingredients
