As far as I can tell yes. Perfect square

Are the colors well distributed or does the collection lean more toward one range of colors?

The colors were well distributed, but i feel as if there was an uneven amount of some colors. Like if there were supposed to be 20 of each color, but on color would have 19 and the other 21. Other than that small difference, everything was completely useful and fine.
