You may use this before or after makeup, or alone. It revitalizes, nourishes and calms your skin - it is not a setting spray.

Can you put a silicone based foundation on top of this?

I found this product when I had a professional make up artist use it on me as a skin prep prior to applying make up. I'm not sure if it was a silicone based foundation.

Will the sprayer work? the most recent reviewer said twice now she got faulty sprayers her name is Jane

I have purchased many of these & never a faulty sprayer . I spray it into my hand & cup it then take both hands to apply in upward strokes . Good luck
