We are moving into a old farm house that has been sitting empty since 2016. To me i9 smelled urine from the dog the previous owner had. My son just smells musty. either way the place stinks. I used to do fire and water restoration so I'm familiar with working with a ozone generator. I looked at several different units and finally decided on this one. The first night i ran the unit full strength for 12 hours. the next day when i arrived the smell was gone. as the day went on the smell started to come back a little but like it was before so i ran the unit again. when the end of the day approached there was no smell at all. I still ran the unit just for the heck of it. that was 5 days ago and the is no smell in the house. DO NOT RUN WHEN IN THE HOUSE,, there are other units you can get for that. let the place air out for a few hours before entering

I have several rental properties that I use this on regularly! It is a life saver!! Especially if the tenants have pets!!! Just bought my second unit, these are in demand!! I was formerly in the car business, and we used these to eliminate the "smoked in" cars and trucks. Leave this unit in a vehicle overnight, no more smoke smell!!! I can't live without these machines!!!

This machine is amazing! I ran it in a house that was full of tobacco smoke from a chain smoker for 6+ years. The Odor is gone! Worked so well I also ran it in the garage and the odor is gone in there too! Easy to set-up and use, comes with outstanding instruction booklet! Highly recommended!

I like this thing a lot. We hired movers that stunk up everything. I'm not sure what they did but I know it was gross. We cleaned and cleaned but still had quite the residual smell. I bought this thing to try before we threw everything away and it is amazing. The ozone is like air bleach. This thing kicks it out in high gear. You definitely have to air out for a while with fans on high before returning but it's worth it. It does leave its own odor (very similar to bleach) but after a few days that odor is completely gone and the original odors do not return. I also think you could use this to get rid of squatters and other pests. That ozone will burn your eyes, nose, and throat if you're in it too long. The machine itself seems built for commercial use. It looks and feels heavy duty. Operation is simply turning two dials: one for intensity and one for duration. I just kept intensity at max and modified duration depending on the use. A lot of people said it would ruin electronics but that has not been my experience. We've had no issues or obvious corrosion with the TV or any other appliances.

This is my first time using an ozone generator I bought the villa 3000. My unit arrived with dent and the plated were missing I did an return got a new unit and all was well. Overall it is a great product well built comes with 3 ceramic plates it does have a 5 year warranty. This unit is a bit pricey but it is worth getting when you consider the time and comfort while the treatment is in progress you will need to vacate so if you have alot of space you may want to consider getting a unit that can handle an entire house i did my entire 3000 sq feet of living space all at the same time I sanitize entire house in one day which is convenient it had an adjustable output so you are able to do smaller spaces or turn it all the way up and do a shock treatment. One thing I noticed that not mentioned in any of the comments is if you have aquarium all you need to do is turn off you air supply and they will be fine I however did not take the chance of leaving my plants I. The house while it is been treated just move them in to the basement if you dont have a basement have them in a room and seal it off or if you have done this before and your plants are ok to be in the room that Is being treated let me know .

I had a cigar party in my man cave garage. Afterwards my garage smelled like stale cigars. I put my Oder Free unit in the garage for six hours and it completely eliminated the smell. I would highly recommend it for this and many other applications.

This ozone generator was used to sanatize a large yarn collection donated to my local yarn guild. The area Serve Pro owner told me how use an ozone generator to save bags & boxes of expensive yarn that smelled of damp & cigarette smoke. I read reviews, called companies & picked this unit. It worked as advertised, but because of the condition of the yarn, I did have to run the generator for several days in a sealed off room before the odor was completely removed. The Serv Prow owner told me it would take time. This saved $1000s of dollars of yarn we are now using for charity knitting. I have also used the generator to greatly reduced animal spray odor in a large plastic storage shed and to kill a musty smell in a bedroom that currently does not have an air return vent. If you own rental apartments, just buy one and keep it handy to use to remove smoke smell (and take the cost out of the deposit). I spent a lot of money renting these when I had a resort rental. The timer works and the company is a pleasure to deal with. They even provide extra ceramic plates (needed) with the unit.
