This hammock is very easy to assemble! It just has a couple of screws and it is ready to go! It is also nice because you can adjust the height of where the hammock is too. So it would be safe to assume that if you ever wanted to put a different type of hammock on it, it wouldn't be too difficult. I really like that because I like other styles of hammock as well. It do not come damaged and the packaging appeared secure. The hammock came earlier than was expected (which was faster than anywhere else). I waited to begin my hammock search in July (oops, that is a busy time for hammocks!) and found that almost every other place was sold out, back ordered, or wouldn't ship until the end of summer. So when I found this and it was stated to arrive in 6 days from order, I was impressed. It came in 3 days, which is amazing! It was able to fit 2 adults with relative ease and comfort and is very comfortable for 1 plus sized adult too. I would enjoy getting a neck pillow but that may just be me. It just seems to pinch a little on my neck. So, I would honestly give it a 4.5 star review for comfort. It feels safe when you are in it and doesn't feel like it is weak or pulling on the fabric/metal. I am very happy with my purchase. We have had it for a few days now and have utilized it every single day. I would recommend this product. I also live in a city that rains a lot (but not heavily) and the fabric is great for that, I can already tell. In the winter I will bring it inside but the summer it feels safe to leave it outside in rains.

I love this hammock. It's super easy to put together and store away. Once I get it in there is a good chance I'm taking a quick nap because is so comfortable and wraps around you. I'm thinking it would be a big hit and easy transportation for an outside concert or show.

Package arrived on time and well packaged. Checked parts list and instructions. Assembled in 10 minutes. NO TOOLs needed. Included a nice separate black holding/storage sack and a small end parts spare parts. Quality Sunbrella fabric. Quality construction. Great hammock. Sooo comfortable. Put pillow in for head and rocked it by touching the ground. I could of easily of fallen asleep. I'm 205 lbs 5 ft 9. My girlfriend 125lbs 5 ft 4. No problem holding us in. Hammock and steel holding supports light enough for one person to move around and put under shade or sun. Sunbrella fabric UV/ sun fade resistant and mildew resistant. Gentle washable fabric. Will leave hammock under shade all summer/fall and disassemble before Winter, put hammock in storage bag and put all in small travel trailer later use. This will be wonderful to take camping too. Liked this better than being restricted to tying a hammock to 2 trees. This you can take with you camping, easily assemble anywhere and put anywhere you legally can.

The hammock is very sturdy and also comfortable. I have had this one for over a year. I do take the hammock off and store it when I don't use it for a while. The steel stand stays under the patio and has started rusting a little. But that is on me for leaving it out all the time. Overall, I am very pleased with it and would purchase another one if I had the space a his and her one. But unfortunately I don't, so we will continue sharing.

I love it, very quick to assemble, the stand is sturdy and hopefully it will last. I can not give 5 stars because I bought a sunbrella double but is super narrow. Not a real double.

We are first time Hammock owners. I went with this hammock because I thought it was the most affordable, and looks like it would be longlasting. The base is so sturdy. The hammock is the perfect size. It was very easy to put together that my 7 year old did most of the work. Myself, my 7 and 9 year old girls can lay in it perfectly! I really liked the bright colors, the sunbrella is softer than you would think. I am glad I paid more and didn't go with the cotton. We'll see how it hold up as I am not going to take it in and out of the elements this summer. I have yet taken a nap in it yet...but as the weather gets out of the 40's I will!!!

Replaced an older hammock I’d had for many years. Decided to go with Sunbrella since it had great reviews and a lot of options to choose from. I really liked the vibrant colors of the Sunset and it is made of the durable, high-end Sunbrella fabric, so it should last me for many many years of relaxation. I got the combo so it came with the hammock, a new stand, and a bag to store everything in when I put it away over the winter. You could also use the bag to take the hammock with you when camping, but give me a good cigar and a drink and I’m all set in my own backyard. My old hammock had spreader bars at both ends, so that hammock was always fully extended. It did take me a little while to get used to my new hammock since it folds in on itself. Also this is supposed to be big enough for two. Haven’t tried that yet but suspect it would be very cozy. Great choice at a great price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wow! We had this for 9 years and it held up amazingly. We even left it outside year round. Finally a raccoon or something chewed through the strings so I need to get a new hammock. But this is great. Best napping spot ever!

Schnell aufgebaut. Hängematte bequem. Gestell leider nicht sehr hochwertig. Schon beim auspacken war der Lack teilweise abgeblättert und mit rostige Stellen an den Schweißnähten. Die Rohre sind innen nicht lackiert und ebenfalls teils schon rostig. Die Lackschicht aussen ist sehr dünn und Kratzer- anfällig. Ich würde es nicht zu oft Regen und Sonne aussetzen. Scheint mir mehr für den Innenbereich geeignet.

Ce hamac est tres bien (surtout au vu du prix payé) mais suivant la position il y a un petit defaut a savoir que les sangles du hamac frottent sur l'ecrou (j'ai un peu peur qu'a l'usage ca abime le hamac)

I've had it a few weeks... great quality. I'm spending alot of time in it... i broke my ankle - its great for elevating your foot. says its 2 person - might be a tight squeeze for my husband and I. Not tipsy at all but swings gently... have had many naps in it. I've seen this item for less money on other sites... but amazon was the only site that had it in stock so I bit the bullet and ordered it and I'm glad I did.
